Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from us you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product. Reach out to us via email (help@sakuragiclothing.com) and make sure you include your order number, photos of the product, and the reason of the product being returned in the email. All returns must be authorized by email before beginning the process of sending it back.

We will try to process the return in no more than 7 business days. Once you receive a confirmation email, you will be able to send the product back to us in their original packaging. All products should be unused, unworn, unwashed and, if applicable, without any tags removed. Products and packaging returned damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Sakuragi does not offer freight-to-collect service; the shipping cost will be at the customer's expense. Payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer (where applicable).

Once we receive the product we will do a quality check and determine if we accept the return. If it is accepted, the customer will receive a full refund to the account used to pay for the order. If denied due to any of the reasons stated previously, we will send the product back to the address used either in the payment of the product or the address from where the product was sent to us. Sakuragi reserves the right to determine when a product is eligible for refunds.

All items sold at a discounted price will be considered as final sale. Sakuragi reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
